# Konverter Pro

> Konverter Pro turns German bank statements and payment-provider reports into bookkeeping files: DATEV Buchungsstapel (EXTF), Lexware CSV and MT940. Every result is verified: balances reconciled, every page and record read, DATEV-valid accounts. Made in Germany by RADOM UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Frankfurt am Main.

- No sign-up needed: an anonymous job gets a free preview and pays per job (Stripe payment link, net price plus VAT, invoice). Data of anonymous jobs is deleted after 7 days.
- With a Konverter Pro API key (Einstellungen > API & KI-Agenten), send `Authorization: Bearer kp_live_...`: the customer's plan, client profiles and remembered rules apply, and no payment link is needed.
- Flow: upload_statements -> get_job_status (poll) -> list_open_questions / answer_questions -> get_preview (free) -> get_price_quote -> create_payment_link (show to the user) -> download_result.
- Price: 0.05 EUR per unit (1 page with bookings, or 25 bookings of a CSV-type file), at least 1.00 EUR per job, net plus VAT.

- MT940 (needs the account IBAN; for statements without balances, the opening and closing balance)
